Chain - Part 1

I'm really not good at explaining my works, but I will give it a little go...
This two piece work shows two opposite creatures chained to one another. On the left (this picture) there is an angelic winged creature; light, emotional, pure and innocent. On the right there is a frightening, strange creature with wing stumps and tentacles; dark, indifferent and corrupt.
what I wanted to depict, among other things, is how polar opposites like light and dark co-exist, bound to one another.
